On January 27, 2022, the College of Business and Management of Saint Joseph’s College of Baggao, Inc., along with four other programs – BSED, BEED, ABEC, and BSIT – held their Internship Orientation Program at Divina Pastora Gymnasium.
In order to provide student interns with the required knowledge and tools for their On-the-job Training, they must undergo a pre-internship orientation before they are deployed.
The Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Roy D. Tumaneng, presented the deployment methods as well as updates on the internship program. He also reminded the interns about the dangers of working in a dangerous environment, especially during a pandemic, and urged them to take extra precautions.
Another fascinating discussion was provided by the institution’s Counselling Counselor, Ma’am Janice Parel, as she covered career guidance and correct work ethics – one of the most significant topics in the workplace environment. She concluded her speech by saying that with a positive attitude, nothing is impossible.
Finally, the Dean of the College of Business and Management, Mr. Dan Paolo E. Ramos, closed the program with a message in which he expressed his gratitude to the speakers and organizing team, as well as encouraging the participants to always act professionally, as they are carrying not only themselves, but also the name of the School – Saint Joseph’s College of Baggao.
