The Holy Spirit Mass, presided by the Archbishop of Tuguegarao, Most Reverend Sergio L. Utleg, D.D. and attended by the administrators, faculty, staff and students, marked the opening of the S.Y. 2019-2020. In his homily, the Archbishop underscored the importance of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit over material things and challenged them to use these to attain their full potential. The Archbishop also blessed the Archbishop Teodolfo S. Domingo Building with classrooms for about 950 students from the College Department.
