St. Joseph College of Baggao recently hosted a planning workshop using Appreciative Inquiry (AI) for the newly elected officers of various organizations and clubs. The workshop aimed to empower student leaders and equip them with skills to succeed in their roles. Facilitated by prestigious individuals, such as Fr. Gerry Perez and Mam Lomelyn Callueng, the event was a success.

The workshop began with inspiring opening remarks from Alberto Calixto, Vice President for Administration, emphasizing collaboration and leadership. Fr. Ernest Simeon, the Director for Catholic Identity and Mission, then discussed the college’s vision and mission.

The centerpiece of the event was the Appreciative Inquiry workshop, organized by Jechris Sabugal, Director for Student Affairs. Using the AI approach, the participants focused on recognizing and building upon their organizations’ strengths. Through interactive exercises and discussions, they identified strategies for improvement.
