On March 18, 2022, two hundred ninety seven (297) Business Administration Students of SJCBI became officially member of the Human Resource Students’ Association of the Philippines as they received their certificates of membership.
Prior to receiving their certificate of membership, the HRSAP already issued a Certificate of Local Chapter Establishment to SJCBI on 24th day of January 2022 for the successful completion of all the requirements as “Local Chapter”.
HRSAP is the national organization of BSBA Human Resource Development Management / Human Capital Management / Personnel Management students.
Student’s participation in an organization gives many benefits. It does not only teach them different skills, but also helps them improve those they already have. It also helps them gain emotional intelligence as they develop new relationships.
With this, we believe that this partnership will help our students gain skills, as well as expand their knowledge and be future-ready in the field of human resource management.
